TWTGC! Week 5 Of Veg, Turboklone, Seed Pack Win, Lighting Changes, Getting Ready For Flower Update!

Well I hope everyone had a great holiday, and here is to a better year! Over the holidays I won a seed prize pack from one of my friends channels, Foxx Farms! So we start out this episode unboxing that!

We are just about to move into the 5th week of veg, and will be flipping over to flower here next week! So we have some lighting changes and we also have started using Bud Ignitor during this last week of veg to start getting the plants hormones changing and giving the plants exactly what they need to start popping out flower sites sooner, and many more bud sites than you would normally get without using it! With my experiences growing with Bud Ignitor have seen about a 50% increase in both bud sites and in how fast they start to show on my plants!

We got a new piece of equipment, that I am sure, will increase our chances of producing happier healthier clones with much less loss! I got a TurboKlone cloning machine from CanadianGardenSupply.com, at a great price, and want to show it to you all! I am currently just testing it out and getting it all figured out! But I will make a video on using the cloner after I have got things all worked out and start having success using it! So far it seems very easy to use and I should have it making clones soon! I think I may save a couple of the strains growing in this run if we like how the buds turn out, come the end of flower! So I will take some clones and keep them going until we see the flowers and yield at the end.

As we have some new strains now in from Foxx Farms that we won & we will start on those strains next if this run is just an average run! We are always looking for great strains as we grow them out! I have to find strains that help with my medical needs, to help with pain and all the issues that come from my degenerative disk disease and Cancer! I also help others with medical needs like my own, so always looking for great strains to help! Unfortunately we did lose a few more plants, 4 more in total, because they ended up showing they were male! Lol....No Worries!

We are just back to flowering out 4 plants as we normally have been on PCC! So we have 1 Cail "O"range, 1 Bruiserberry, & 2 Crown Royale left in the 5x5 to flip over to flower in the next few days! So we should be looking at a fairly normal run & yield this crop! Time to bend the tops over on some of the plants, to get those secondary branches some extra light and get them growing into nice secondary cola's! You can also do some defoliation to get some light down into your plants better at this stage! I normally do a full defoliation in the first or second week of flower to promote more light into the plants and get a nice growth spurt started as they begin their stretching!

We also have to adjust our lighting schedule for the last week of veg to 14hrs on and then on the day we flip to flower. We will be dropping to 11hrs on! This will also help to speed up the flip, along with using Bud Ignitor, you will see a way faster time in showing flowers and get 50% more bud sites! As you trick the plants into speeding up their internal clocks! Plants get their que's from the amount of light they receive, so this gets you into flower just that much faster!
