Hey, Dan... you look great. You sound great. And you have done well for yourself. The great job hunt is traumatic. I'm certainly pulling for you. Agree with you about cover letters sucking, etc. Never tried a dab. Like you, I prefer flower but don't have a regular supply and so vape just a little. Had none while you were away and so the break helped this experience. But always fun vaping while you bong. Haha. Yep. Know about Trader Joe's but have never seen one or been in one. Health food seems to agree with you., Good haircut, too. Anyway, great to catch up with you and enjoy a little herb, too. Yep. Stoner stereotypes are out there but not applicable to everyone. It's all about balance, yin and yang and tuning into the universe. But you already know that. You have learned a lot by being aware. Anyway... thanks for the video and the chat. Good to see you. First comment! lol I'm glad everything is looking up for you and that you were able to relax :) Working out before going to a gym is a great idea. That's what I did, 3 sets of 10 when doing push ups and planks, unfortunately with my back I can't really do sit ups but if you can I suggest doing them as well. If you're arms don't have enough strength do what I did, do push ups and planks while on your knees. It took about 3 weeks to a month until I was able to do actual push ups and planks. If you can though, I also suggest some type of cardio. Even if its just a long walk around your neighborhood. Hoped this helped.

Dont make a resolution, bad idea, do the simple stuff at home push ups sit ups eat well and drink filtered water. Dont do it for any other reason than for you, you are the best reason to do it :) Find a challenging place to walk, with hills, and start doing that, and then after a bit of time start working to shave time off, work your way to a jog to strengthen your legs, and endurance. its good for your heart and lungs. There are areas in your life you need to be selfish, so you can give more and that is one of them, you're on the right track. Magic is work, so lay all the ground work and watch us all be amazed at the transformation. Shine on!! <3

this is the first video if yours I watched and I'm sending you so much love and in moving and getting a job. first of all TJs is the best grocery store. try their Indian food. bomb. second of all I work out at home all the find because I'm scared to leave the house and I lost mad weight. I use kettle bells. get some!!!!!
