a 4th opinion maybe set the lights timer back one hour 2hours after the lights turn off that way they dont turn back on but it doesn't affect light schedule

say when lights turn off at 5pm wait til 7pm and set the clock on the timer back one hour to 6pm so it doesnt effect anything

I dont think it makes any difference. Think about it this way. If there was a storm in the late afternoon, it would be much darker out due to the cloud coverage. This wouldnt cause your plants to go hermie. So why would changing the light schedule by an hour make a difference?
