I grew up in the Virgin Islands. I can tell you they will never go for a large company selling their Rastafari ganja. Even if you could set it up they would grow their own anyway, and it would be purely a tourist thing. I'm sure if it gets to that point it will be like Jamaica with West Indians on the beach selling ounces for $50 or whatever they charge.
