A morning with e-jo!

Hi friends! Pepper here 🙂

Morning routines are so important for me. I find they can definitely make or break my day.Not all of my mornings will look like this (maybe one day!), but this is definitely how I spend my ideal mornings on my days off. My days off provide me a chance to sit and reflect back on everything that has happened recently and give myself time to re-ground and recharge.

    1. I had the same struggles when I first started meditating! I find the most common misconception is that you have to completely empty your mind and have to do it for so long but honestly, I started with 2-3 minute guided meditations in bed whenever I had a chance. It took a while to work up to doing even 5 or 10 minutes. Give yourself all the time you need!

      For affirmations I’d start with one. Just one thing that really resonates with you that day. One of my favourite ones I’ve been using recently is “I am enough”. And I repeat it to myself whenever I need it throughout the day :))
